Come, meet Concord's new Chief of Police Joseph O'Connor at the Sunrise Satellite meeting July 15 at 7:30 a.m. at the Colonial Inn. Drawing on his experience as superintendent of the MBTA Transit Police Department during the Marathon Bombing, O'Connor will talk about "Community Policing in an Age of Terrorism."
