The Rotary Club of Concord welcomed Concord Chief of Police Joseph F. O’Connor as featured speaker at its January 24 luncheon meeting at the Colonial Inn. Chief O’Connor presented a comprehensive review of Concord’s community policing covering the wide array of services available to meet Concord’s needs. He answered questions concerning pedestrian safety, speed limits, domestic violence, youth, firearms, opioids, and more.
