At the March 5 meeting of the Club Farmer/Chef/Cooking Teacher Ben Elliot of Saltbox Farm in Concord traced the history of his soon-to-open restaurant, Saltbox Kitchen. Located on Commonwealth Avenue in West Concord, the establishment will feature seasonal cuisine using fresh ingredients from local farms, including Ben's.
