Program:
Matt Hollister gave an introduction. He is the owner of Hollister Insurance, which he started in 1999. His mother became the office manager and found office space for them in Clinton. It was a long drive, but the rent was only $100 per month. His business has grown over the years and now he has seven employees. This summer the office moved to West Concord. He specializes in insurance and also benefits planning, Human Resources, and compliance. Finding value is a strength of his company. Matt is married to Nicole, who owns a home health care business with her sisters. They have two children, a daughter age 13 who loves theatre, cross country and track, and a son age 11 who loves soccer. Matt graduated from Northeastern and has a Master’s Degree in health care policy from BU.
Lisa Chaffin also briefly introduced herself. She grew up in Concord and Carlisle, and she worked in the publishing industry before having children. She has been at home raising her boys for several years. Now that they are getting older, she is interested in getting back into the workforce.
Door Prize:
John Lombard won this week’s door prize.
