Leigh Ann introduced our speaker, Bob Goodrow from Shen Yun Symphony Orchestra. He told us about this amazing music which has revived the Chinese culture through dance and music. We enjoyed a video sample of the music and instruments including the Erhu, a Chinese fiddle with only two strings. They will be at Boston Symphony Hall on Friday October 21, 8PM. You can also hear some past concerts and learn more about them on line at shenyun.com/music.
Door Prize: Dave Robertson donated 5 car washes and Susan Dee was the lucky winner!
