Sheila Watts paid a happy fine in honor of Veterans’ Day
Anne Trudeau paid a fine for her return from Cambodia where she witnessed a graduation of some great students sponsored by Rotary.
Helen Halloran set up an Instagram account and encouraged members to become followers.

Sean Smith was traveling in Hawaii on a business trip with some fun mixed in.
June Grace just returned from a lovely trip to CA to visit with family.
Doug Detweiler has been enjoying his experience at the Concord PD Academy program. He highly recommends it.

Hilary Taylor remaindered members that the Club will be at the VA Hospital in Bedford on Veterans’ Day- still looking for volunteers and especially people to help with set-up at 9:30AM.
The Bell dedication is Saturday November 19 at 2:00PM

Steve played a video from the Bristol Lodge Thanksgiving dinner that the club put on Tuesday night. Thanks to the many members who were there to help.
Program:
Chris Alphen introduced WWII veteran Walter Fitzmorris. Walter is 93 years old and was a radioman in the Army Air Corp. A longtime N. Reading resident and community volunteer with eight children and six daughters, Walter described himself as being blessed. He was stationed in Great Briton and flew 30 missions over Europe, including a couple secret landing on the continent to deliver cash to the French resistance. Walter was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Legion of Honor from France for his support of the French liberation. Walter told a few more stories about his training in the States and Europe and thanked club members for the opportunity to speak.
