DAVID WOOD INTRODUCES THE ART OF BASEBALL

David Wood, Curator of the Concord Museum, spoke at the March 26 meeting of the Rotary Club of Concord. After reviewing important aspects of the Museum's collections, community involvement, hands-on learning for students, and more, Wood introduced the upcoming exhibit, "The Art of Baseball." Opening on April 17, this exhibit includes nearly 50 works of baseball art and artifacts from a private collection as well as Red Sox memorabilia. Doris Kearns Goodwin is Honorary Curator.
