Meet at the Concord Armory (or look for us nearby) at 8:30 a.m. dressed for the weather, blue blazer preferred but anything dark blue will work. New hats will be issued. Bring friends and your offspirng. Prepared to wave to the crowds! New Rotary banner will lead the way.
